RECex Talk: AI & Automation – Increasing speed and relevance
The hot topic in a number of industries, including recruitment is AI. Machine based learning to either improve, or replace tasks that are carried out by people. Working within the automotive industry, I am involved in numerous discussions around autonomous vehicles and systems and software that can remove human error. So, when we decided to trail a piece of AI within ARM, I couldn’t be more excited. Speaking at RECex, I will be discussing the introduction of AI technology that replaces the need for Boolean searches. How this has improved relevance in search results, and increased performance. This has been a fast past and exciting journey so far and I look forward to share my experience.
